Production Operator

Location: Irvine, CA Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Assignment Through: 12/31 (Potential Extension) Pay: $20.00–$24.52/hr DOE

Bio-Rad Laboratories is seeking a Production Operator to support manufacturing operations within the Formulation department. This role is responsible for assisting with the production of diagnostic product pools and intermediates while ensuring compliance with GMP standards, quality requirements, and established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support formulation and manufacturing activities for production pools and intermediates.
  • Review production schedules and prepare equipment, materials, and supplies for manufacturing.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory and production equipment.
  • Complete batch records, logs, and production documentation accurately.
  • Follow cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and safety procedures.
  • Assist with equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, laboratory, or related environments.
  • Experience operating manual, semi-automated, or automated production equipment preferred.
  • Ability to operate laboratory or testing equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Team-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
