This role involves assembling minor products or components through routine and repetitive tasks at a workbench or conveyor line.
Responsibilities include checking, sorting, packaging, labeling, pasting, tying, trimming, and operating machines, along with basic equipment adjustments, maintenance, and cleaning. Duties may also include moving assemblies or machines and floor cleaning.
Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of experience, work under close supervision, and may hold titles such as General Labor, Machine Operator, or Assembler.
Additional manufacturing duties include operating mixers, stripping and cleaning forms, applying bonding and sealants, cutting and bending reinforcement materials, and ensuring product quality.
Requirements include a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 75+ lbs, pass drug tests, read maps, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
