Insight Global is seeking a Production Operator I to support the production of probiotic products by preparing and staging raw materials for manufacturing. This individual reviews the production schedule to determine the materials required for flask production, seed tanks, main tanks, and cryoprotectant production. Responsibilities include accurately weighing raw materials according to batch sheets, labeling bags and containers with the required information, and completing batch documentation by recording material numbers, lot numbers, and weights. The role also involves entering inventory transactions into the company's inventory management system, working in both cleanroom and warehouse environments, and handling materials ranging from small quantities to full pallets. Additionally, the position requires operating powered industrial equipment, including stand-up forklifts and powered walkies, to support material movement and production activities.

Required Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma
- Basic computer skills, including Excel for basic data entry, and inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)
- Experience preparing, handling, batching, or kitting materials to support production processes in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, bakery, or other regulated manufacturing environments
- Experience following batch sheets, recipes, production orders, or other detailed work instructions while maintaining accurate documentation and inventory records
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Forklift or other powered industrial truck experience
