Production Operator I

This Machine Operator role involves operating machinery to support the production process, assisting higher-level operators, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

• Operates assigned machinery and reviews work orders to complete tasks effectively.
• Communicates material needs, monitors machine performance, and performs safety procedures such as lockout/tagout and inspections.
• Sorts, stacks, and bundles materials, maintains cleanliness, and records production data for quality control.
• Supports quality checks, helps with packaging, and performs other duties as assigned.
• Requires a motivated attitude, attention to detail, safety awareness, communication skills, and ability to learn new equipment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Work shift is 5 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday through Thursday, with occasional overtime. No travel required.
