Our client is looking for a Production operator to join their 3rd shift. They will support safe, compliant, and efficient plant operations. This role is responsible for running and monitoring production equipment, handling hazardous materials, and ensuring adherence to cGMP and safety standards.
- * Reads meters and gauges or automatic recording devices at specified intervals to verify operating conditions.
- * Operates and controls electric motors, pumps and valves to regulate flow of chemicals
- * Runs reactors, distillation columns, filters, and molecular sieves
- * Assists in troubleshooting automation and operational issues
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent; and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
* Must be able to wear face mask respirator and required personal protection equipment. Need to be clean shaven
