About the Role
Is recruiting for energetic Production Operators in the Asheville and Hendersonville areas. This fast-paced role is essential to the production line and is perfect for individuals who enjoy staying active and working in a physical environment. If you have a steady work history and a strong work ethic, we want to meet you!
What you will do:
- Perform mass packing, picking, sorting, labeling, and packaging tasks.
- Handle line work and stacking duties in a fast-paced environment.
- Remain on your feet 100% of the work day while maintaining high energy.
- Utilize excellent hand/eye coordination to ensure quality and speed.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift.
- Report daily progress and tasks to the line supervisor or manager.
What you will bring:- A minimum of 6 months of steady work history.
- The ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.
- Physical stamina to stand for long durations and lift heavy materials.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
