Job Responsibilities:

Perform various production line and material handling tasks in manufacturing.
Achieve production standards in manual operations and equipment handling.
Inspect components, materials, and final products as part of the production process.
Document work accurately in batch records and log books.
Identify non-conforming products and provide feedback on process issues.
Collaborate with team members to optimize quality, cost, and safety.
Adhere to cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and plant policies.
Participate in area improvements and cost reductions.
Work outdoors as needed for material disposition.

Requirements:

High School education or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Ability to perform minor mechanical adjustments and troubleshoot equipment.
Must pass the GMP test and obtain area certifications.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted and up to 75 lbs. assisted.
Willingness to wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).

Preferences:

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Familiarity with cGMP guidelines and SOPs.

Work Schedule: 3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday, 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM
