Production Operator – 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our 2nd shift team. The Production Operator is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, and supporting the manufacturing process to ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to company standards.
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area.
- Monitor product quality and report defects or issues.
- Follow work instructions and production schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Complete production documentation accurately.
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting as needed.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
