Production Operator – 25 Openings! 1st & 2nd Shift
Location: North Ridgeville, OH
Pay: $17.50/hr + $2.00/hr Shift Differential
Shift: 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM) | 2nd Shift (1:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

What You'll Do:
- Assemble parts and products according to strict specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality using rulers, gauges, and visual checks
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Document production and quality checks accurately
- Identify and report any defects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Assist with training and support other team members as needed
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work hard
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for long shifts
- Good communication and teamwork skills
