Production Operator Compensation: pay $19.00–$21.00/hr (based on experience; set at time of offer); benefits after 90 days ; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates)

Production Operator Highlights:

• Contract role (~50 weeks) with potential extension based on attendance/performance/business needs
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | core 4:00 PM–12:00 AM (can flex ±2 hours )
• On-site in Columbus, NE (do not apply if you need remote)
• Interview: in-person
• Drug screening not required
• Steel-toe shoes required

• Perform routine production functions including packing, packaging, labeling, and inspection
• Reprocess product; parts/material handling
• Conduct inspections (mostly visual; some gauging as needed)
• Accurately complete paperwork, records, and logs tied to quality/compliance
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) under direct supervision
• Work effectively in a team environment; rotate into different tasks as assigned

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications in English
• Basic math skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; ability to work flexible/extended hours as needed
• Must wear steel-toe footwear

• Quality control / inspection experience
• Experience in regulated manufacturing (documentation, attention to detail)
• Basic comfort with email/Teams (role is mostly manual)
