Drive a culture of employee engagement and continuous improvement through leadership and mentoring; Create a culture of quality performance while providing timely resolution of issues; provide accessible and accurate information to all parties involved; Implement and manage training program and records; Serve other departments with team spirit and maintain excellent relations with all departments; Serve as an upper manager and provide insight in regards to strategic planning, problem-solving, and in any other ways beneficial to the business. HSD degree in related field or equivalent experience; 4-6 years in a manufacturing facility for blending, capsulation, tablet and packaging; Intermediate mathematical skills; Advanced communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer concepts; Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
