Production ManagerA leading provider of premium packaging and specialty print solutions, the company delivers innovative, end-to-end services, from design through production and fulfillment, that help brands stand out and create memorable consumer experiences.Job DescriptionOversee daily production operations to meet schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements. Optimize workflows, job sequencing, and resource utilization to improve efficiency and minimize downtime. Review job specifications, materials, and layouts for production readiness and feasibility. Monitor production performance, analyze data, and implement continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives. Lead, coach, and develop team members; manage staffing, scheduling, and training. Enforce safety policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards (including PPE and safe work practices). Ensure quality control across all processes; identify issues and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Project Management, Quality, Scheduling) to align on requirements and resolve challenges. Communicate production status, risks, and solutions effectively across teams.
