Qualifications
• 5+ years construction management experience
• Must live and work within the Piedmont Triad area
• General contracting, remodeling, restoration, or superintendent experience preferred
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneously
• Buildertrend, Procore, or similar software experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Spanish language proficiency is a major plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Computer and smartphone required

Responsibilities
• Manage roofing, siding, gutter, window, deck, and restoration projects from production through completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and permit requirements
• Conduct regular jobsite visits throughout the Piedmont Triad
• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
• Maintain schedules and production timelines
• Work closely with accounting, claims specialists, and office staff
• Monitor job costing and profitability
• Maintain Buildertrend project updates and documentation
• Conduct final walkthroughs and punch list completion

We are seeking an experienced bilingual Construction Project Manager to oversee production, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality control, and job profitability across multiple projects.
This is not a sales position.
Our sales team handles lead generation, inspections, and customer acquisition. Our claims department manages estimating and insurance supplements. Your role will be to ensure projects move efficiently from contract signing through final completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate has a strong construction management background, enjoys solving problems, coordinating trades, managing schedules, and taking ownership of project outcomes. As the company grows, this position has the opportunity to evolve into a senior operations leadership role.
