Overview: TalentBridge is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization to identify a Production Manager to lead operations within a fast-paced, process-driven environment. This individual will be a key member of the site leadership team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager and responsible for driving day-to-day production performance while continuing to build structure, consistency, and accountability across the operation. The role is well-suited for someone who thrives in an environment where expectations are high, priorities move quickly, and there is a strong emphasis on process discipline and continuous improvement.
Scope of the Role:
Direct leadership of Shift Supervisors and hourly employees across multiple shifts
Ownership of production performance across safety, quality, throughput, and cost
Active contributor to overall site strategy and execution
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily production operations with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
Establish and reinforce a process-driven culture, ensuring consistency across shifts and teams
Drive performance through clear expectations, accountability, and standard work
Develop and mentor frontline leadership to improve execution and ownership
Partner cross-functionally with maintenance, quality, and engineering to improve overall plant performance
Support continuous improvement initiatives tied to productivity, waste reduction, and operational effectiveness
There is a strong emphasis on building repeatability and structure into the operation, ensuring processes are controlled, measurable, and consistently executed.
Experience:
10–15+ years of production leadership experience within a manufacturing environment, including oversight of multi-shift teams
Proven ability to drive performance across safety, quality, productivity, and cost
Experience in process-driven, high-volume manufacturing environments
Working knowledge of Lean, 5S, TPM, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
Track record of building structure, accountability, and consistency across teams and shifts
Strong leadership presence with the ability to develop supervisors and engage an hourly workforce
Engineering degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
