Production Manager
The client operates in the clean beauty and personal care sector, with a strong emphasis on high-quality, small-batch production. As they continue to grow, they are focused on optimizing processes and building a scalable, high-performing production environment.
Job Description
Develop and manage production schedules to meet demand while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
Ensure production processes operate efficiently and consistently produce high-quality products.
Monitor workflows and troubleshoot issues to support optimal outcomes for both production and team members.
Execute production plans in partnership with leadership to meet output and quality goals.
Maintain workforce training and ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures.
Oversee production scheduling, workflow efficiency, and on-time completion of orders.
Monitor and enforce quality control standards, driving continuous process improvements.
Analyze production data to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
Ensure equipment reliability through preventative maintenance and issue resolution.
Manage inventory levels for raw materials and packaging.
Promote a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support product development and employee engagement.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of production or operations management experience, including leadership responsibilities.
Experience in manufacturing, batch production, or lab-based environments preferred.
Background in quality assurance and quality control processes required.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
Experience with process improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with industry standards, production equipment, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, presentation tools, and ERP or warehouse systems.
What's on Offer
Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
Performance-based bonus opportunity: 10% of annual salary.
