Job Description

• Develop and manage production schedules to meet demand while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
• Ensure production processes operate efficiently and consistently produce high-quality products.
• Monitor workflows and troubleshoot issues to support optimal outcomes for both production and team members.
• Execute production plans in partnership with leadership to meet output and quality goals.
• Maintain workforce training and ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures.
• Oversee production scheduling, workflow efficiency, and on-time completion of orders.
• Monitor and enforce quality control standards, driving continuous process improvements.
• Analyze production data to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
• Ensure equipment reliability through preventative maintenance and issue resolution.
• Manage inventory levels for raw materials and packaging.
• Promote a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support product development and employee engagement.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of production or operations management experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in manufacturing, batch production, or lab-based environments preferred.
• Background in quality assurance and quality control processes required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with industry standards, production equipment, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, presentation tools, and ERP or warehouse systems.
