    Job Summary

    To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Production Manager located in Dallas, TX.

    Reporting to the Sr Director, Operations, the Production Manager will be responsible for guiding and coordinating manufacturing activities, including the launch and expansion of a new electrostatic paint line. This leader will drive production performance across areas such as multi-level assembly, testing, quality, and finishing processes, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and delivery goals.

    What a typical day looks like:

    • Lead daily production operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
    • Support the installation and ramp-up of a new electrostatic painting line (new production line).
    • Visit and coordinate with external suppliers to ensure proper equipment setup and process readiness.
    • Plan and prioritize production schedules based on demand, materials, and equipment availability.
    • Manage resources (labor, materials, equipment) to ensure efficient and continuous operations.
    • Recruit, hire, and develop an initial team of ~10–15 operators, scaling workforce for future growth.
    • Oversee painting operations, including hanging parts on conveyors, washing, and electrostatic powder coating processes.
    • Ensure proper rack selection, part spacing, and layout to meet quality and throughput standards.
    • Prepare operations to scale into 2–3 shifts as production demand increases.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (planning, engineering, quality) to support manufacturing goals.
    • Drive process improvements in production techniques, testing, and operational efficiency.
    • Support budgeting and cost control while meeting operational performance targets.

    The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

    • 5+ years of Operations & Production Leadership in manufacturing environments.
    • Experience launching or ramping up new production lines (painting/coating processes).
    • Strong knowledge of electrostatic painting, conveyor systems, or similar finishing processes.
    • Strategic Planning & Execution: Align production with business goals and operational plans.
    • People Management & Leadership: Lead, develop, and mentor production teams.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication: Partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Problem Solving & Financial Management: Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
