Production ManagerMy client operates one of the most successful U.S. branches of a reputable global manufacturing organization. This is an opportunity to join a thriving, well‑established business and make a lasting impact.Lead daily production operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.Promote a safety‑first culture by managing Job Hazard Assessments (JHAs), Job‑Specific Training (JST), retraining, and documented safety conversations.Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to implement procedures, corrective actions, and audit readiness.Ensure effective containment and escalation of non‑conforming product and drive process consistency to reduce scrap, rework, and expedited freight.Oversee start‑ups and set‑ups, ensuring clear accountability across shifts.Partner with cross‑functional leaders to resolve operational challenges, support on‑time delivery, and create action plans aligned with customer and facility goals.Communicate daily expectations to supervisors and track progress toward safety, quality, cost, and productivity targets.Support budgeting and long‑range planning, including staffing and cost‑reduction initiatives.Develop and coach supervisory and technical teams through regular feedback, goal setting, and talent development activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
