How You'll Make an Impact

  • Foster a safe, compliant, and inclusive work environment grounded in strong HSE practices.

  • Lead, coach, and develop machining team members to achieve production goals.

  • Plan and schedule machining operations to meet quality, delivery, and output targets.

  • Monitor daily performance and adjust priorities to keep production on track.

  • Partner with engineering and quality teams to resolve machining or tooling challenges.

  • Optimize CNC machining processes to improve throughput and reduce cost.

  • Analyze production data to drive continuous improvement and eliminate waste.

  • Manage labor, equipment, tooling, and materials for maximum efficiency.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience welcomed.

  • Experience leading teams in a machining or machine shop environment.

  • Strong knowledge of machining processes, CNC operations, and production workflows.

  • Background in CNC programming, tooling, and multi‑axis machining optimization.

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, machining specifications, and GD&T.

  • Experience applying lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
