We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include: managing production schedules, ensuring quality and compliance with cGMP standards, leading and training staff, troubleshooting operational issues, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications: 5+ years in product formulation and manufacturing (cosmetics, supplements, or food), strong knowledge of cGMP and SOPs, hands-on leadership, excellent organizational and communication skills, and attention to quality.
