DAC Worldwide is seeking a Production Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations in Swedesboro, NJ. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on driving efficiency, building strong teams, and manufacturing high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Hire, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing production team
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities
  • Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand
  • Act as a technical resource for product production[KP1] 
  • Ensure safe, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing processes
  • Streamline operations and improve efficiency[KP2] through process improvement
  • Coordinate with purchasing and engineering departments to ensure timely and cost-effective material flow
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience
  • 5+ years of manufacturing and leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, drawings, and technologies: 
    • CNC/manual machining, welding, assembly, and finishing
    • Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  • Experience with modern manufacturing methods such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Quality, and/or ISO
  • Experience with manufacturing systems such as production planning, inventory, and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
