Position Specific Description
NextEra Energy is seeking a technically skilled leader to manage a portfolio of new and developing solar and storage assets associated with our ROI fleet across the Midwest and Northeast regions of the United States (spanning sites from North Dakota through Maine). The individual will lead a team of technicians in the daily operations and maintenance of solar and storage assets varying in size and scale. The ideal candidate will live in the region to support the travel schedule.
The manager will be responsible for the safety of all personnel and environmental compliance with all required regulatory permits. The individual will be responsible for delivering on key performance indicators including availability, production, and cost.
