You’ll lead production teams responsible for delivering thousands of fresh, nutritious meals while building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll make a real impact on people, processes, and performance.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Implement improvements that reduce waste, improve productivity, and strengthen operations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
  • Partner with quality and food safety teams to maintain the highest standards.
  • Work closely with warehouse, quality, supply chain, and maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Support operational projects, facility improvements, and production optimization initiatives.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required to effectively lead and communicate with diverse production teams.
  • Experience implementing Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or process optimization initiatives to improve operational performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role, and the Operations Manager is expected to spend significant time on the production floor supporting teams, solving problems, and driving operational performance.

Shift & Hours : Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Flexibility may occasionally be required to support production needs, operational issues, or special projects.
