Responsibilities include ensuring optimal production, safety, and cleanliness, tracking employee attendance, and coordinating deliveries.
They handle receipt of materials, verify accuracy, address discrepancies, and manage storage.
Conduct monthly inventories, perform spot-checks, and ensure safety compliance through leadership and safety meetings.
Required skills include strong analytical, communication, and mechanical abilities. Experience in construction, warehouse, or mechanical fields is preferred, with forklift certification a plus.
The salary range is $50,000-$100,000, based on experience.
