Production Manager - Foundation & Crawlspace Repairs

Salary: $75,000-$95,000 per year (Base + Incentive)

DMV Foundation Solutions is a growing residential foundation repair, crawlspace, waterproofing, and structural repair contractor serving homeowners throughout Northern Virginia.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our production department and ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, profitably, and with an outstanding customer experience.

This is an office-based leadership role responsible for coordinating crews, scheduling projects, managing production, and keeping work moving from sold to completed.

What You'll Do

As our Production Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of our production department.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Schedule and coordinate multiple production crews
• Manage the weekly and monthly production calendar
• Work closely with our Field Superintendent to keep projects on schedule
• Monitor production goals and crew productivity
• Track weekly and monthly production revenue
• Monitor gross profit and job costing
• Order materials and coordinate deliveries
• Manage permits and inspections
• Communicate scheduling updates with homeowners
• Resolve production issues before they impact customers
• Coordinate project closeout and final payment collection
• Provide weekly production reports to ownership
• Improve production processes and operational efficiency

• Keep crews fully scheduled and productive
• Deliver projects on time
• Maintain accurate production reporting
• Improve gross profit through strong scheduling and planning
• Keep homeowners informed throughout their projects
• Minimize delays caused by permits, materials, or scheduling conflicts
• Help the company consistently complete $250,000-$300,000+ in production each month

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction operations, production management, or project management
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills
• Experience coordinating multiple crews and active construction projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license

Preferred

• Experience in foundation repair, waterproofing, concrete, restoration, roofing, or general residential construction
• Permitting experience
• Job costing experience
• Production reporting experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
