Job Title: Production Manager - Precast Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage production schedules to meet revenue, cost, and delivery goals
Oversee shop operations, workforce management, and daily production activities
Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and internal teams on materials, timelines, and buildability
Lead safety programs, ensure OSHA compliance, and maintain quality and production standards



Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of production management experience in manufacturing, construction materials, or precast
Strong background in production planning, scheduling, and cost control
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety compliance
Proven leadership, communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience in architectural precast manufacturing and shop drawing interpretation
Familiarity with ERP systems, production software, or bilingual (English/Spanish) skills

Compensation & Benefits
