Cut & Sew Manufacturing • Tactical Soft Goods

AXL is seeking an experienced Production Manager with real-world sewing factory management experience to lead our production team.


This is a hands-on leadership role focused on:
  • Sewing production management
  • Sewing quality control
  • Production scheduling
  • Training sewing staff
  • Managing home sewers and independent contractors
  • Improving workflow and reducing rework
Candidates must have strong experience with:
  • Industrial sewing operations
  • Sewn-product quality standards
  • Managing production teams in a sewing factory or cut-and-sew environment
  • Identifying and correcting sewing and workmanship issues
Experience with tactical gear, apparel, bags, soft goods, or military sewn products is strongly preferred.


This is not a generic warehouse or manufacturing management role.

Compensation
Base salary plus performance incentive bonuses
