In this leadership role, you will be pivotal in enhancing plant efficiency and performance, with a strong emphasis on safety, cost-efficiency, and machine uptime. You'll nurture a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with both federal and state OSHA standards. Collaborate intensively with the General Manager and other facility heads to meet and exceed quality and delivery expectations. You'll be instrumental in crafting and executing both short-term and long-term strategies to position the plant as a competitive and preferred supplier. Oversee and inspire direct reports across various departments, including production, quality, and logistics, to foster a cohesive and high-performing team environment. Your role also involves aligning plant assets with overarching strategic goals to maximize operational success.
