Schedule:
Monday to Friday
No weekends
1st shift
The right Production Manager candidate will have:
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
Roofing experience preferred
Degree in Construction OR extensive experience preferred
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Day in the Life of our Production Manager:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sale roofing production team
Managing production schedules and ensuring timely project delivery
Ensuring that quality control standards are met for all products of the job
Coordinating with other departments such as sales and procurement
Training and supervising production staff, maintaining safety protocols
Continuously improving production processes for efficiency and cost-effective
Monitoring inventory levels and managing material procurement
