Description Lead daily production operations and shop floor execution across multiple shiftsDrive on-time delivery, throughput, labor efficiency, and schedule adherenceManage and improve key KPIs including output, scrap/rework, efficiency, and labor utilizationLead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, OEE)Partner with engineering, quality, supply chain, and maintenance to optimize performanceDevelop supervisors and strengthen accountability across production teamsImprove workflow, material flow, and overall operational performance Profile 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experienceProven leadership in production, plant, or manufacturing operations in multi-shift environmentsHands-on experience with CNC machining, metal fabrication, welding, or precision manufacturingExperience leading supervisors and large production teams (50+ employees preferred)Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and KPI-driven operationsExperience with production planning, scheduling, and ERP/MRP systemsAerospace, defense, or high-mix/low-volume manufacturing experience preferred Job Offer Competitive compensation and benefits package.
