We're seeking a Lumber Production Manager to lead our growing lumber division in Chico or Fresno, California. Monitor production metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement process enhancements to maximize efficiency and quality.

Collaborate with logistics, and sales to align production priorities with business goals and customer demand.
Drive lumber sales growth by nurturing strong customer relationships and identifying new opportunities in the market.
Partner with sales teams to forecast demand, manage pricing strategies, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
Negotiate contracts and pricing that balance customer satisfaction with company profitability.
