About the Opportunity
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, ensuring the efficient and timely manufacturing of products. This role involves managing a production team, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
About You
As a Production Manager, you will:
Oversee production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
Lead and develop a high-performing production team
Identify and implement improvements to optimize production workflows
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and regulations
Implement production management tools and methodologies
Provide training and development opportunities for team members
Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement
Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed
