Production Manager
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations within Production and Packaging functions at the facility.
Responsibilities:
* Lead daily production and packaging operations, ensuring schedules are met and workflows, staffing, and materials are aligned with customer demand
* Supervise and develop supervisors, leads, and hourly staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and fostering a safe, accountable team environment
* Ensure full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations, including safe handling of hazardous materials, and enforcement of company safety standards
* Drive quality and operational efficiency by maintaining the quality system, monitoring product standards, improving processes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams on inventory and production needs
Required Skills & Experience:
* Must have High school diploma or GED
* Must have 3-5 years of production or manufacturing management experience
* Must be able to work on Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm
* Must have strong leadership and team management skills
