Work Location & Schedule

  • Location: Alexandria, VA
  • Position Type: Full-time
  • Work Environment: In-office with daily reporting required
  • Local travel to job sites as needed
  • Reports directly to the Business Owner

The Opportunity

Production is the engine that turns sold projects into satisfied customers and profitable results. As our Production Manager, you'll oversee the entire production pipeline--from permitting and material procurement through scheduling, installation, and project completion.


This is more than a project management role. You'll help build the systems that keep work moving, develop a high-performing production team, and create the operational foundation that allows our company to continue scaling without sacrificing quality or customer experience.


Working alongside ownership and our Field Superintendent, you'll ensure every project stays on schedule, on budget, and moving forward while continuously improving the way we operate.

What You'll Do

  • Own the production pipeline from project handoff through final completion, ensuring projects move efficiently through permitting, purchasing, scheduling, installation, and closeout.
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and schedules to keep projects progressing without unnecessary delays.
  • Monitor permitting activities and proactively resolve issues before they impact customers or production schedules.
  • Manage purchasing and inventory to ensure materials arrive on time and production stays ahead of demand.
  • Lead field production teams by establishing clear expectations, promoting accountability, and maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and performance.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop production personnel as the company continues to grow.
  • Review job costs and profitability, identify operational inefficiencies, and implement improvements that strengthen long-term performance.
  • Design and improve operational systems that allow the business to scale efficiently.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 6-12 months, you will:

  • Build a production pipeline where projects consistently move from sale to completion with minimal delays.
  • Improve scheduling, permitting, purchasing, and logistics to maximize crew productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Increase job profitability by identifying bottlenecks and implementing sustainable operational improvements.
  • Develop a production team known for accountability, quality, and consistent execution.
  • Establish scalable systems that prepare DMV Foundation Solutions for continued growth.

  • Are comfortable using construction software, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and mobile technology.
  • Have foundation repair, concrete, waterproofing, or related construction experience (preferred).
  • Speak Spanish (preferred but not required).
  • Have a valid driver's license and are willing to visit job sites as needed.
