Production Manager About the Role We’re hiring a hands-on Production Manager to lead daily field operations and support crews on-site. Reporting to the Director of Field Operations, you will own job execution, crew accountability, and real-time problem solving. This is a field-focused leadership role—you’ll be on job sites from Day One, reading plans, managing crews, and ensuring projects run smoothly.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $85,000 – $95,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily production across multiple job sites
Read and interpret blueprints accurately (required)
Communicate effectively with superintendents, inspectors, and crews
Identify and solve jobsite issues in real time to prevent rework
Hold crews accountable for quality, safety, and schedule adherence
Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment logistics
Travel to out-of-town jobs as needed
Own quality control across all job sites — no rework, no excuses
Requirements (Must-Have)
8+ years in Construction (REQUIRED)
3+ years leading crews or running job sites (REQUIRED)
Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
Proven jobsite leadership experience
Ability to lead crews confidently and make decisions under pressure
Strong work ethic with flexibility for early starts and extended days
Strong cross-functional collaboration and teamwork
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and basic job documentation tools
Ability to work seamlessly with office, sales, yard, and field crews
Strong follow-through and commitment to finishing tasks without oversight
