Overview:
Seeking an experienced technician to perform advanced troubleshooting, preventive, and corrective maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment. Work includes electrical systems, pumps, motors, PLC/CNC machines, robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, and coolant systems. Role requires strong communication to resolve complex issues, ensure safety compliance, and identify potential equipment failures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow safety protocols and maintain safe work environment
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and quality checks
- Read/interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals
- Operate production machines/tools
- Maintain accurate maintenance and production records
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5 7 years of industrial electrical/mechanical maintenance experience (or equivalent)
- Ability to diagnose equipment (pumps, bearings, blowers, gearboxes, etc.)
- Comfortable working at heights (30 ft, lifts/scissor lifts)
