Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Middleburg
Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play an essential role in ensuring our facility remains spotless and operational. Your main tasks will include:
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of restrooms, break rooms, and office spaces, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all employees and visitors.
- Supplies Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies, restock when necessary, and communicate inventory levels to your supervisor to ensure we always have the necessary materials on hand.
- Chemical Safety: Handle concentrated cleaning chemicals with care, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
- Outdoor Maintenance: Take charge of maintaining the exterior areas of the facility, including tasks in the parking lot and between buildings, ensuring a tidy and safe environment outside as well.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance, janitorial work, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and work safely with cleaning chemicals.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to effectively notify supervisors about inventory levels and maintenance needs.
