Machine Operator / Production Associate
Location: Durham, NC
Pay: $16.00–$17.00/hour (Weekly Pay)
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift & 2nd Shift Available
We're hiring dependable team members to join a growing production team in Durham. No embroidery experience? No problem. Paid training is provided. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Operate embroidery and production equipment (training provided)
- Load and unload garments onto machines
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Fold, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
- Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience preferred
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable with good attendance
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
