• Day Shift | 6 AM - 6:30 PM
• Night Shift | 6 PM - 6:30 AM
• 2 - 2 - 3 Rotating Schedule

Education Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality concerns and production issues in a manufacturing environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety, reliability, and consistent attendance.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, quality inspection, quality control, production support, machine operation, warehouse operations, or general labor preferred.
• Experience monitoring production lines, conducting visual inspections, or supporting high-volume manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Ability to communicate production concerns quickly and effectively to supervisors and team members.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, including every other weekend.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move continuously throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 32 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment for extended periods.
• Ability to maintain focus and monitor production equipment and processes for long durations.
• Required to wear steel-toe boots or shoes; company provides safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hair nets, and beard nets.
• Must wear long pants and follow all PPE and safety requirements.

Job Duties

• Monitor preform feed systems on Stretch Blow Molding (SBM) production lines to ensure continuous operation and product quality.
• Perform quality inspections and identify bottle defects, material issues, or production abnormalities.
• Communicate equipment, quality, or production concerns immediately to appropriate personnel.
• Support manufacturing operations by maintaining consistent line performance and minimizing downtime.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Contribute to efficient production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while delivering high-quality products and operational excellence.

As a Production Line Monitor you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
