General Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Production Line Lead to join our team. Experience in a leadership role within a food manufacturing facility is required for this role. You will be expected to work closely with our management team to accomplish daily production goals and provide coaching and guidance to employees on the production line as necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ensures that all OSHA, FDA, HACCP, and plant regulations/guidelines are being followed.
· Assist in maintaining a safe and clean working environment for all employees.
· Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices and coach/train employees as necessary on job expectations, equipment functionality, monitoring, company policies, etc.
· Assist with the implementation of rules and regulations.
· Control and adjust line speed settings (e.g., speed) based on the product that is being run, as applicable.
· Responsible for making equipment adjustments and operating machines as applicable
· Responsible for Food Safety.
· Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Overtime and weekends as necessary
· Must have previous experience in a Food Manufacturing Leadership role.
· Supervisory background is a plus
· Experience as a production line worker is a plus
· Attentive to details
· Computer skills
· Existing knowledge of Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices

· Bilingual is a plus
