Schedule:
Monday- Friday
1st shift 6am-2pm
2nd Shift 2pm-10pm
3rd shift 10pm -6am
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lift, move, and transport materials and products throughout the facility
- Load and unload shipments manually or with equipment as needed
- Assist production teams by supplying materials to workstations
- Stack, organize, and stage products for processing or shipment
- Follow proper lifting techniques and safety guidelines at all times
- Inspect materials for damage and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support team members and supervisors with general labor tasks as assigned
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English required for safety, training, and operational purposes
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment is a plus
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (typically 5075 lbs consistently)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
