Production Lead

Nucor Trademark Metals Recycling is seeking a dedicated Production Lead to join our team in Orlando, FL, who will own daily operations, lead crew members, and maintain safety and production standards in an outdoor industrial environment. Candidates must have at least 1 year of leadership experience in heavy manufacturing or scrap recycling, 3 years of industrial experience, and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Compensation & Benefits
Earnings & Pay Structure: Average annual earnings of $85,000+ with weekly pay including base pay, overtime opportunities, production bonuses, and profit sharing.

Core Responsibilities
Safety & Leadership: Lead, enforce, and uphold company and OSHA safety policies, conduct safety meetings, set crew expectations, and maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
Daily Operations & Crew Supervision: Oversee daily department operations, manage crew assignments, breaks, and schedules to ensure uninterrupted production and meet customer specifications.
Inventory & Field Support: Supervise the movement and placement of scrap inventory while stepping in to perform any yard position when necessary.
