Location: Lafayette, IN
Pay: $18/hour
Shift: 3rd Shift

We are seeking a dependable Production Lead Operator to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This position will assist with machine operation, troubleshooting, training team members, and helping ensure production goals and quality standards are met.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for candidates with manufacturing or machine operating experience who are ready to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment safely
• Assist with machine setup and basic troubleshooting
• Support and train team members on production processes
• Help maintain production output and quality standards
• Inspect finished products for defects or issues
• Complete production paperwork and basic data entry
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Leadership or team lead experience is a plus
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to troubleshoot basic production issues
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills preferred
