Job Title: Line Lead
Location: Liberty, South Carolina 29657
Hourly Rate: $17
Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday-Friday (Some OT possible)
Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Line Lead in Liberty, SC, to oversee production processes in a food manufacturing environment. This role involves leading a team, ensuring quality compliance, and driving efficient workflows at a competitive rate of $19 per hour.
What Youll Do- Lead and support production line staff during operations
- Oversee line setup and batch mixing activities
- Monitor product quality and ensure food safety compliance
- Coordinate workflows and meet production goals
- Train new team members on processes and safety
What Were Looking For- Previous Line Lead experience
- Experience in Food or Beverage Manufacturing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
