Looking for Production Lead and someone who can take charge of our fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will supervise a skilled workforce, manage inventory flow, and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure zero downtime. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent leadership skills, and a "full-service" approach to operational excellence, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities to meet deadlines, output targets, and budget requirements
- Enforce all health, safety, and environmental policies to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with Human Resources on staffing, training, employee development, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime
- Monitor production metrics, track KPIs, and report performance data to management
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Additional Duties
- Contribute to team initiatives that support departmental and organizational goals
- Follow all company safety policies and report unsafe conditions or incidents
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing production supervisor or management role
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Forklift operation experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with inventory management
Work Environment
- Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned, high-temperature environment
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the production floor
