We are seeking motivated Production Laborers, including light equipment operators, to join our regional feed manufacturing team.
Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of the mill and grounds, performing routine maintenance, assisting with repairs, maximizing efficiency, and managing ingredient inventories to ensure quality standards.
Must operate equipment safely, follow OSHA and safety practices, and adapt to varying weather conditions. Attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly are essential. Some weekend work during winter months may be required.
Preferred qualifications include forklift, skid steer, or front-end loader experience and familiarity with feed safety standards. Full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package.
