Convenient Shift: Day or Night (must be available for either)
Shift Schedule
Day Shift: 6:50 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:50 PM – 7:00 AM
12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation (work 2 days, off 2 days, work every other weekend)
What You’ll Do
Operate production and extrusion machines to make plastics products
Load materials into machines and remove finished products
Monitor machines to ensure smooth operation and consistent quality
Make basic adjustments to keep production running efficiently
Visually inspect products to meet quality standards
Report machine issues, safety concerns, or defects
Keep work area clean and follow all safety rules
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience
Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
Willingness to work 12-hour day or night shifts
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work as part of a team
