We are seeking dependable Production Helpers to support daily operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role involves assisting with packaging and wrap-up processes to ensure efficient product flow on conveyor systems with minimal waste or downtime.
Shift Schedule:
• 12-hour shifts with start times between 5:00 AM – 6:30 PM (day) and 5:00 PM – 6:30 AM (night)
• Schedule varies based on production needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor conveyor lines to prevent backups, spills, and waste
- Assist with packaging and wrap-up operations to maintain steady flow
- Support automated equipment by observing performance and reporting issues
- Perform general production duties, including light material handling and housekeeping
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
- Comfortable around automated machinery and conveyor systems
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and reduce waste
- Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred but not required
