Dependable Production Helpers are needed to support high-volume manufacturing operations.
They assist with packaging, conveyor monitoring, and wrap-up processes to ensure efficient product flow with minimal waste.
Working closely with automated equipment and production teams, they maintain quality, safety, and cleanliness.
Shifts are 12 hours, with varying start times between 5:00 AM–6:30 PM (day) and 5:00 PM–6:30 AM (night), based on production needs.
Responsibilities include monitoring conveyor lines, supporting packaging operations, reporting equipment issues, and performing light material handling and housekeeping.
Candidates must work in fast-paced environments, be comfortable around machinery, stand for long periods, and pay close attention to detail to reduce waste.
Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
