Nesco Resource is seeking Concrete Finishers / Production Associates for a leading precast concrete manufacturing facility in Greenville, SC.

Position Summary

As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a key role in producing high-quality precast concrete products by smoothing, finishing, patching, and repairing concrete surfaces to meet customer specifications. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Smooth, level, and finish wet concrete using hand and power tools.
• Patch, repair, and touch up concrete surfaces to meet quality standards.
• Apply surface textures and finishes according to production specifications.
• Assist with pouring concrete, setting forms, and stripping molds.
• Inspect finished products for defects and perform quality touch-ups.
• Safely operate trowels, floats, screeds, grinders, and other concrete finishing tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Work with the production team to achieve daily production goals.
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in concrete finishing, construction, manufacturing, masonry, or industrial production preferred.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment, including heat, cold, dust, and changing weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay

$17.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday – Friday
Hours may vary based on production needs, with overtime available as needed.
