Production Foreman (Manufactured Housing / Construction)

Beginning August 31, 2026, our production team will transition to a NEW Monday–Thursday work schedule (6:00 AM–4:30 PM), giving you a three-day weekend every week while continuing to lead a successful production team.

Three-Day Weekends Every Week!

• Competitive salary: $90,000–$130,000 DOE (includes base salary and quarterly bonuses)

• Lead and supervise production teams to meet daily and weekly production goals.
• Ensure work meets all quality, safety, and workmanship standards.
• Monitor production output, labor efficiency, scrap, rework, and downtime; take corrective action as needed.
• Enforce all safety, OSHA, and company policies at all times.
• Coordinate workflow with Production, Quality Control, Maintenance, and Materials to avoid bottlenecks.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees.
• Uphold attendance, conduct, and performance standards in alignment with company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and seasonal production shifts.
• Adjust staffing and workflow to meet production demand.
• Document production performance and communicate results to leadership.
• Utilize basic tablet, production reporting, or digital work order systems.

• Proven experience managing a large production team.

• Ability to work extended hours and overtime as production demands require.

• Experience in modular housing, manufacturing, or large-scale production
• Prior Foreman or supervisory experience
• Experience working on production lines or job sites.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

• Manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise levels
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the production floor.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and climbing.
• Exposure to dust, machinery, moving equipment, and varying temperatures.
• Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and other protective equipment as required.

• Full-time, fully onsite position
• Standard production schedule is Monday–Friday (Until August 28, 2026)
• Shifts aligned with plant production hours
• Extended hours, early starts, weekends, and overtime may be required based on production demands, peak season, or operational needs.
• Must be dependable and punctual to support production schedules and staffing coordination.
